The hotel is well-designed, staff and location are nice. It is nestled in a downtown area near to the ferry building as well as cafes. Again, it is set walking distance to world trade center memorial. Loved smooth check-in and late check-out.

Very kind staff, lovely location, fantastic service. Rooms were perfect and luxury, loved it. Breakfast was savoury, they offered fresh toast, fruit, hot waffles, pancakes and scrambled eggs. I came here for 1 night and had a such great stay.

Lovely staff and were ready to help. The beach restaurant was comfortable, friendly service. The beach was tidy. The pool was excellent and I had bottled drinks in the poolside bar.

This hotel was an incredible base for one night. Good meals, great beds, amazing staff. They made my stay exceptional. Everything was very GOOD as expected, even so the bathroom was old. I appreciated property's poolside restaurant. Great lobby.

I liked stunning location and my lovely room. The staff did all they can for a nice stay. Scenic view, a nice balcony, very comfy bed, too. Parks and a river were close to the hotel, the staff were funny!

Brilliant location, warm breakfast, top class employees. Rooftop bar was tiny and very clean. The room was gorgeous with a fairly large bathroom. The atmosphere created here was contemporary. Walking distance to the shops and a supermarket across the street. Extraordinary service within 20 km of the airport.

Stylish building, extremely comfy location, such professional staff. Really wonderful, silent room, contemporary furniture. There was GOOD HOT breakfast with view. You could walk to the shops and supermarket. Also, brookfield place shopping center was close enough. I loved the really enjoyable stay.

Premium level hotel with obliging staff and I loved ideal location. Variety of food for breakfast, food was delicious. Such large suite and so so comfy bed. The service provided there was top notch. Nearby a metro station, walking distance to a supermarket and shopping malls.

Unfortunately wi-fi was poor. Beds were very narrow in this place.
